I grew up close to Pittsburgh PA in a steel mill town called Monaca back in the 60's and 70's. When I was 7 I built my own little radio station and announced and played records. When I was 18 I finally got my break in radio back in 1978 at WMBA, a small 500 watt AM station in Ambridge, PA. From there it was on to Pittsburgh radio in 1979 to work at 3WS, and had a highly rated award winning morning show for many years. In the late 1980's I started doing voiceovers for radio and TV while doing the morning show. In 2010 I had to finally hang up the on air microphone for my studio microphone. The freedom of me not getting up at 4 am anymore was wonderful! So far on this journey I have imaged and branded nearly 500 radio and TV clients around the world in my life.
I've lived my childhood dream.
Married for over 40 years with 6 children (5 boys and 1 girl) all grown now, my wife Jacque and I live in Bluffton SC, just outside of Hilton Head. I can't believe we are living where we have vacationed all our life. I enjoy helping my wife with her photography, and she is quite good. My most precious moments are when my children and grandchildren come down to visit us. Those are the most joyful moments of my life.
My wife and I praise God everyday for such wonderful blessings in our lives.
